I applied through referral at Amazon, Bangalore. I have overall 1.5 years of experience. Overall the process took 2 months . Most of the questions were on Data structures, Amazon leadership principles, test cases , automation framework, and behavioral questions . Explain any of your projects in detail. All the best .

1) More questions on my project as I worked on automation framework development for few months. In depth questions were asked as I explained one of my projects in detail.
2) Design test cases and automation framework for postpaid customers.
3) Amazon Leadership questions.
Third round
1) More questions on my projects(In depth).
2) Define test cases for product recommendation on amazon checkout page
3) Find the elements in a sorted row wise and column wise matrix.
Fourth Round
1) Introduction
2) Count the number of islands
3) Max Increasing path in matrix.
4) Leadership principle questions

1) Introduction and questions on my project
2) Similar to trapping rain water problem

Time complexity and optimization were asked for all the above problems.

Interview
The interview started with introduction of the interviewer and then asked about me. Then moved on to my Projects. Had small discussion on the projects. Later he gave a DSA problem of DP. Which I solved using Recursion but coundn't solve using DP.
5 rounds of interviews. Out of 5, 3 were technical. Mostly asked for medium leetcode style problems. Other round asked for different testing scenarios and one round with HR. Each round nearly takes an hour to be completed

The internship position included two back-to-back 45-minute interviews. Both interviews focused on behavioral questions and covered LeetCode-style technical problems ranging from easy to medium difficulty, assessing problem-solving abilities, coding skills, understanding of data structures and algorithms, and the candidate’s overall approach to tackling technical challenges.
