Interview
The first phone interview was fine, it was straightforward enough and not too difficult.
The second “on-site” interview was virtual, and is made up of 6 hours of an interview. It was very intense.
To be fair, there are no trick questions, but they do require a big commitment from you even for an interview. In my opinion any company that is as demanding as this during the interview stage is going to be extremely demanding as an employer.
It took almost 3 weeks for anyone from Amazon to follow up after the interview.

After submit a CV, u will be directed to online assesment, and if passed will be scheduled for phone interview. In phone interview there is just 1-2 non technical question and 1 hour or more technical questions

About electrical and mechanical in data center equipment related
Leadership questions using the Amazon Leadership Principles, then technical questions in regards to specific knowledge necessary for the job. Mainly focused around operations of a data center for AWS, including HVAC, power distribution, etc.
