I applied for a Program Manager position with Amazon and got a response from a recruiter not long after. She sent me a list of questions to respond to via email, which I did. It took a week to get a response back to move forward to the next step - an online assessment which took about 45 - 60 mins. I completed that and luckily got a faster response from the recruiter to move ahead to the next phase - a phone interview.
This is where things get wacky. The interview gets scheduled but the recruiting coordinator reaches out at the last minute that the person I'm supposed to interview with has a conflict. So, I have to reschedule. I pick a new date/time for the following week and when it comes time to have the interview... nothing. They never show up.
I reach out to both the recruiter and recruiting coordinator to find out what happened and the response I get is "Sorry, but they selected someone for the role already." Complete waste of my time!

Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
