Took three months -- Not very structured and was biased and no feedback was given why was I not selected. The process was lengthy and the assessment results were not discussed.

Was flown in for in-person interview. Group of candidates were interviewing the same day and we cycled through rounds of interviews. I believe interviewers were a mix of HR and people in the similar role.

Amazon follows Leadership Principles in day to day operations. On their website they listed their all leadership principles. They will pick 2-3 leadership principles closer to matching role and will ask releted questions based on that during whole interview.

Good structured interview. 3 rounds. Very polite and professional. Have many benefits and growth opportunities. You need to always provide clear and confident answers that related to situation and experience. Use smart methodology
