Employer scheduled me a phone call with me to ask about my general knowledge with cognitive science and my experience in design. and then didn’t invite me for the interview process or give me any follow up information

What is your understanding of how cognitive knowledge works in collaboration with experience design?
One hour of behavioral and one hour of portfolio review. The person doing my portfolio review was in the wrong room (was prepared to do more behavioral questions) and didn't seem engaged during the portfolio review. They didn't ask a lot of questions and seemed in a rush to end it.

First there was an online workstyle assessment.
Once you pass that, you'll have a 1 on 1 Interview going over your portfolio and behavioral questions.
Finally it's time for the loop. For me this consisted of a case study presentation, whiteboarding exercise, and 5 interviews focused on behavioral questions.

They were mainly "Tell me about a time..." questions.
"Tell me about a time you uncovered a problem for your customer and how did you solve it?"
