It’s all virtual. You only see people when you take your badge photo and train on your first day.
There’s essentially no actual interview process. The job openings go quickly so check back often.

Question 1
What is your availability and do you have reliable transportation.
No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
