I applied through their portal. My CV got shortlisted and I had 20 mins screening interview with HR , after clearing HR round I was invited to attend virtual interview with 3 hiring managers separately in 30 mins gap. The interview went well, but I didn't get the offer. Amazon never gives feedback after the interview. The whole process took 3 weeks time.

It was a very nice and pleasant interview experience. The purchasing manager was very knowledgeable and easygoing. I said I was very interested and she was happy. It’s a very solid company.

Interview
Very structured questions. Focusing heavily on Amazon Leadership Principles and data driven behavioral questions using the STAR method. They test how professional you are with your work. Conversations are meant to be natural rather than stiff, but they are very intense and evidence based.
Test online with no interaction with anyone. If you pass, you get invited to fly out to Seattle for the next stage.
