The recruiter called for a phone interview, which I did and passed, and I had a onsite interview out in Forest Park. Which was a standard type interview. 3 people, bombardment.
simple to get to the process by adding helpful information in the candidate process and showing that you did in fact want the role that they were offering it was not a complicated process
