      Warehouse Worker, Picker Interview

      19 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Birmingham, England
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2014

      Interview

Applied on line as this was through an agency and received a phone call the next day I think for an induction. Fairly straight forward filling in paperwork and your availability was told about the job role and the guy said " just take any shift you can" as it may seem you don't want work when they offer you. After that I and a couple others were told to come back the next day for a urine test. When I turned up their were a lot of people for the urine and I had to comeback another day as their was only 1 guy doing it, came back and passed the test and told which shift I wanted. In the evening received a phone call for induction at amazon which lasted from 1 til 8 I think and did get payed for induction. you had to pass to test in order to work fairly easy.
