Procedure consisted of 2 phone screens (one by recruiter and additional by hiring manager) and 5 in person interviews on location, but guess this is now virtual. More information on type of questions and how to answer can easily be found on the internet.

4 interviews by video. The interviews themselves were great, all 4 interviewers asked relevant questions and challenged me to provide sufficient detail to really test my skills. However, the recruiter was incredibly unresponsive and I had to chase multiple times to get any response (waiting up to a fortnight for a reply). In the end the delays meant that the process lasted for over 5 months and by this time I decided to decline the offer and accept elsewhere.

first phone screen and then panel interview. I interviewed 4 people on the same day. Each for 45 min. They asked competence questions based on leadership principles. Asking a specific situation and then understanding your role and actions on it as well as the result of the action.
