Final round - 3 back to back one hour interviews
Begins with a screening
Amazon basically wants to know everything about you. The interviews are not two way/conversational. Very much one question after the next and kind of aggressive. People were not upbeat or personable - very serious

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
