Interviewed foran SDS Team Manager position working the Brazilian market. Interview process had one portuguese fluency interview (quick, simply, just a regular chat in portuguese), and a round of four interviews with different Group Managers (direct superior). They meet after the interviews and exchange notes, and then they make the offer.

It was virtual and the most important thing is remember the STAR format when answering all interview questions. They typically ask between 5-6 questions and there was three 45 minute interviews.
