First Interview: If you pass the initial screening, you'll likely be invited to participate in a first-round interview. This could be conducted over the phone, via video call, or in person. The purpose of this interview is usually to assess your qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.

Question 1
Can you describe a challenging situation you faced at work and how you resolved it?
Interview was long. 5 interviews. Most interviewers were nice. Just a long interview. Questions all Leadership principles. First was a screen, then hiring manager, then loop and bar raiser. No technical question were given.
A week after applying received a link to an online assessment. A few days after completing the assessment was moved forward to a 1 hour call with the senior manager who asked questions related to the principles and accounting. Received a rejection the next day.
It was strange I didn’t speak to a recruiter and all communication was done by automated emails but maybe the process is affected by layoffs.
Long, detailed, intense interview. Need to know ASC Codification thoroughly. You Will be asked to explain step by step and how it was implemented in previous company. Cannot repeat answer.
