I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
3 step process. Three different interviews, and asked questions related to Amazon's principals. Overall it was quite straight forward, and based on Amazon's principals you'll figure out the types of questions you would probably be asked!

Interview
Pretty easy job interview. Lots of questions on how to deal with sensitive information plus they check your language skills and stress resistance. There is a small excel test in the end of the interview
Leadership Principles like:
• Customer Obsession

• Ownership
use the STAR method:

Action (what did I do, My contribution)
Result ( the positive outcome)

Question 1
Situation: Describe the situation that you were in or the task that you needed to accomplish. You must describe a specific event or situation, not a generalized description of what you have done in the past. Be sure to give enough detail for the interviewer to understand. This situation can be from a previous job, from a volunteer experience, or any relevant event
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Queensland Islands) in Apr 2023
Interview
In total, there were 3 rounds of interview, first with the recruiter, then hiring manager and then a half day Loop panel style interview. Lots of behavioural questions that came one after the other. I was notified by the recruiter the role had been offered to another candidate but I had been successful in being “inclined” by the panel for future roles.
