I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderābād) in Oct 2023
Interview
The first round was a video interview, where I connected with a friendly recruiter who put me at ease with their warm demeanor. They delved into my resume, asking about my projects, experiences, and why I was passionate about software engineering. Despite the digital barrier, the conversation flowed naturally, and I found myself sharing stories of late-night coding sessions and the thrill of solving complex problems.
Buoyed by the positive start, I was ready for the technical round. Sitting in front of my laptop, I tackled coding challenges that tested not just my knowledge of algorithms and data structures, but also my ability to think on my feet. As lines of code danced across the screen, I felt a rush of adrenaline, pushing me to debug, optimize, and refactor with precision.
