I applied to Amazon twice and once was even headhunted. Recruiters were nice enough when I was in the process, but then got contacted to tell me the roles were already filled. The other two times I was simply just ghosted.
I strongly advise Amazon to check on your recruiters.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with someone difficult
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.
I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.

There are four to five interviews for sales. The first is with recruiter it is a phone interview, the video/ in person with the hiring manager, panel of individuals a peer , a leader within the segment, and another leader out of the segment with an Essay
