Interview
The interview process was very easy.
You fill out the application
You go to the recruiting center.
You have an interview and take your badge photo.
Then you take your drug test.
After you pass your drug test on the spot, you're hired!
You then go to orientation the next day.

Are you able to lift and stand long periods of times.
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Interview
Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
