Initial Call (Recruiter Screening): The first step is often a phone call with a recruiter. This call usually lasts 30-45 minutes and focuses on:
Basic Information: Your experience, why you're interested in Amazon, and your knowledge of the role.
Behavioral Questions: You may be asked situational questions based on Amazon’s leadership principles.
Logistics: Salary expectations, availability, and interview scheduling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In your own words, what is the supply chain, and why is it important?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Barcelona) in Sept 2025
Interview
A lot ot steps in the process, 1 assessment, 1 first interview, and at least 3 one-on-one interviews with different team members, for an entry-level job. You have to answer the questions with the STAR method, which, in my opinion obliges candidates to invent numbers instead of really telling about their experience.

Question 1
All the questions are like this:
"Tell me about a time you helped a customer."
"Tell me about a time you dive deep to make some analysis."
"Tell me why you want to join Amazon"( in which you need to relate to some of their 16 principles and not just simply answer your real motivation".
pues bastante dificiles las preguntas la verdad, mucho detalle, mucha pregunta, mucho tiempo, un proceso que te pone bastante nervioso. 3 entrevistas, una un examen de excel tipo business case.
