Interview
Phone screening, then 5 x 45-minute technical calls
Phone screening included RTL design, architecture, and behavioral questions
Technical calls were split
- Architecture (just talking through problems)
- RTL design (implement X)
- Pure behavioral
Amazon "leadership principles" were stressed. Interviews were very formulaic and rigid.
