I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Amdocs (Pune) in Mar 2010
Interview
After IQ/Intelligence Test went for technical 1:1 round. For this round, I wait for around 4 hours.
After that I keep waiting for EOB and was told to come in next week.
Was interviewed next week (HR) but was resulted in no final result. Nothing was communicated such as Selected / Rejected.
After contacting an employee who referred, come to know that status has been changed from "selected" to "rejected".
Overall, company HR people are not up to the mark. No reason, no communication.. very strange. All time was just WASTED.
