They came to our college for hiring. Firstly, there was a written exam. The written exam comprised of questions from various streams - C, java, aptitude, logical, reasoning, ms-sql & other MS technologies. The exam was really difficult, only 10% of the students who appeared passed that, so prepare thoroughly for the exam. Amdocs is all about clearing written exam, once you clear the written, everything else goes smooth. Next will be technical round followed by an HR. Not so difficult questions in technical all about your final-year project and same basics of data structure, sql, database, networks. HR was quite friendly, just normal discussions (not question-answer) regarding job, position, timing, place, hobbies etc.
