Lots of focus on Apple's values & how they integrate with customer service interactions. Focus on teaching customers about Apple's ecosystem and expand their ability to use their products and get the most out of it.

They focus on competencies and expect you to provide examples of how you meet them. My store had a book that they let you borrow so you can be more familiar with them.

Very informal and conversational. We walked around the mall and talked about how I connect with people and what my passions are. We talked about how I connect through my conversations and how i see educational opportunities as sales.
