Application, hirevue assessment and group interview. Standard situational questions and behavioral peppered in. First two stages are not difficult but have yet to do the in person group interview. Not terribly difficult.

Interview
Two interview process. First one was through the phone, typical questions (I.e “name a time where you...,”) and they ask you about your work experiences. Second interview is in person with two managers from the store.
