Group interview of 15 or so people, were shown a couple of videos about the company, then split off into small groups of 5 to answer questions about our past experiences. We then regrouped where they continued to talk more about the company, and at that point they ended the interview. The process involved an initial application followed by a screening call with a recruiter. This was followed by one or two interviews with team members, focusing on customer service, problem-solving, and cultural fit. The interviewers asked behavioural questions and scenarios related to handling customers and troubleshooting. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and gave a clear understanding of the role expectations.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jedenfall selbstbewusst und sozial darstellen. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stelle auch deine eigenen Fragen, mach es klar dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal was du weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.

One group interview as well as a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and possibly the director (i didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is straightforward and mainly behavior questions.
