Very Good interview, with warm and helpful manager/colleagues on my trial shift. Would recommend if open to flexible and interesting work environments open to anyone. Easy to come to grips with system of operation.

En la fase 1 suelen hacer una entrevista mediante videollamada.
En la fase 2 (después de la entrevista telemática): Llegas a la tienda de Apple y te sientas en una mesa (en mi caso entrevista grupal), en mi caso había bastante ruido porque se hacía en el mismo lugar donde los clientes estaban siendo atendidos.

Preguntas bastante específicas donde preguntan sobre momentos concretos en los que tienes que responder con ejemplos, como:
¿Alguna vez has tenido que trabajar con personas que tenían diferentes opiniones a las tuyas?
Cuéntame sobre algún momento en el que superaste tus expectativas.
Cuéntame sobre alguna vez en la que hayas tenido que aprender unas habilidades en un corto periodo de tiempo. ¿Cómo te organizabas en ese momento?
Experiencia previa (suele ser en la entrevista telemática).
Screening phone call which asked about why you wanted to apply etc. This was followed by video interview, can be a group or individual. Mine was individual and it was one on one.
