      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Apple (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

The interview process is very simple. You apply, they contact you if your profile fits the position(for my case it took about two weeks). There are three rounds of calls, one with a recruiter, a manager and a hiring manager. After that you have to wait 1-2 weeks to see if you get an offer and then proceed to a background check, I am assuming. The questions are based on your technical support experience and customer service skills. Apple is all about superb customer service (to the client, no so much to the employee or candidate). I would like to recommend that if you are applying please be aware that they can take a vast amount of time in interviewing you and having you wait for a possible offer, so if you have time to apply and wait, by all means do it. If not, do not hesitate in searching for another job because they do not care about your situation. Thats the thing that surprised me about this company. Apple is supposed to be an innovative lovable brand, you would expect their core essence to remain intact but the truth seems like it is not. I had three great interviews with each one of the recruiters/managers; a very positive experience as an interview process. After that had to wait almost three weeks without knowing anything about them just to find out that in the end they rejected my application by sending an automated response. You would expect a company like Apple to give at least a small hint of a human experience if they are going to pass on your application, after all, that is what their company's philosophy is supposed to be like and, its very disappointing specially when you receive great feedback from three consecutive interviews. In the end it makes the hiring managers look like hypocrites.
