The interview was scheduled to be at night time on the US side but the interviewer never showed up and this happened twice in a role. So I decided not to pursue this opportunity.

Was reached out to on LinkedIn. Had intro call that went great. HR contact asked for my availability for a Round 1 interview, then went dark on me. After two follow-ups, no response. Unprofessional and waste of time.
