I went through 3 out of 4 interview stages: first, a short recruiter call (5–10 minutes), then a portfolio review with a potential manager, followed by another portfolio review with a panel. The third interview felt unnecessary since I had already presented my portfolio, so I think the process could benefit from clearer structure or better communication between the team.
Overall, the experience was positive—they made me feel comfortable and were easy to talk to. It wasn’t overly structured, which was refreshing, but at times the process felt repetitive.
