I was contacted about three weeks later. The first interview was a standard recruiter screen. Second was a panel interview. I’ve always viewed Arup as a very professional firm, so I was a bit surprised by how casually two of the interviewers were dressed — more “weekend workout” casual than professional. The interviews felt heavily scripted, and they didn’t seem especially prepared to answer questions about the role or team. Received a rejection a week or two later.
