I got it through an agency. We set up the interview in the evening and the manager stayed quite late to interview me, which I think is a good thing. That means they are serious about it. And then he reviewed my work but did not ask many questions. After some easy chat, he started to introduce the project I would be working on. The manager was quite serious but he is actually an easy-going person.
