Interview
One-to-One interview with the director of the group and a senior electrical engineer. Questions were very conversational, asked about previous experiences, college subjects and about personal interests.

Question 1
No technical questions as such, however, in the worst scenario, questions about lighting levels, load calculations or underground/overground cabling would be asked.
Online, it was a pre-recorded interview with 9 questions that were timed and where you had up to 3 tries. Selected candidates were after that contacted for a telephone interview
They might ask questions about personal and technical skills. They have asked hypothetical communication situations where a problem is brought up and how would you respond. They would also ask how you would go about working through a technical problem.

What is your experience with the desired qualifications?
Depends on the team! Mine was a video call from two senior electrical engineers and we talked about the company values and how I would fit in. It was an hour long and a very enjoyable experience. I think the interview process will depend on who the leads of the team are.
