Submitting the application was little clunky and time consuming. There was no contact for over 2 months before being invited to a screening interview. In house recruiter then ghosted despite being told I would be put forward for an interview with the hiring manager. After a 3 follow ups and another month of waiting, the online application status changed to ‘regretted’ with no follow up or contact from the in house recruiter.
