It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.

It was good in terms of the organization and interviewer asked questions regarding my past experience. Everything went smooth and organically, so do your homework and prepare for basic questions about company itself. Additionally, also prepare for technical questions as they may be relevant to your position.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
