      Interview

      The interview process was seamless and easy to navigate. From the initial engagement calls to the interviews with senior members, all were very professional and open to any questions. The questions were relevant and not only prompted responses, but also prompted further thinking into the potential of the role not just for personal development, rather the contribution it could have on the organisation. This made the interview feel like a conversation with a friend and took away any nerves or anxiety.
