Interview
Process kind of long. Applied in February, Pass the first steps online. I took difficult mathematics and logical tests and I didn't hear anything anymore. After one month they gave a positive result and planned a telephone interview with a HR.
Interview really easy and without any pressure. She asked me only one question that was Why Atkins? Interview looked went good for me and she asked me if I was available to go to Epsom 2 week later if the telephone interview were gone good. They didn't let me know anything until 5 days before the date. They told me I wasn't selected with a sad and not professional email and not feedback.

Interview
1. Online application 2. Online assessment, simple SJT and maths questions reading from emails and graphs. Ended with 3 recorded video questions. 3. Online 1-2-1 interview with 2 hiring managers lasting 1.5 hours. Firstly them giving a brief overview of the company and how the interview will be structures. Secondly, typical HR competency questions about me asking for examples from uni. Thirdly, technical question where I was presented a slideshow and powerpoint and had 15 mins to prepare my answer, then had 15 mins to present it and some questions from the managers. Technical question was quite hard and some revision is definitely needed. Ended with some questions I had for them.

Enjoyable experience overall. Interviewers were really friendly and gave in depths information of what the company does and what you would be doing. There is a case study: discuss your answers with the interviewer, where some technical knowledge is expected and competency based questions

Interview
Situational Judgement Test, followed by an online application. Invitation to an initial interview conducted by members of the team applying for. Generic and technical questions were asked during the interview. After progressing from this stage an invitation was received to attend an assessment center. The assessment center was generic, with a written assessment and a team assessment.
