New York is one of the harder cities to become a leader in because of the amount of competition. If you are passionate about your goals and show confidence in the interview that is a plus!

Interview
The interview/app process was pretty straight forward: They wanted to see demonstrated interest through one's activities, leadership, and involvement. For me, I was a lot more active in the nonprofit space outside of school; I was also more active in DECA at my school. In addition, I was an athlete who ran track with a genuine and intentional childhood story.
