Interview
Everything went well except for the fact that the hiring manager I was to meet with for my 1:1 interview went home. I flew in that day just for interview so I was a bit annoyed that he was not there. I did however meet with another manager who was wonderful.

Question 1
Name a time when you have to go above and beyond for a customer. How did you accomplish this and what was the outcome?
The interview process wasn’t too bad pretty simple easy. depends on what role you’re trying to get the questions can be tedious if you’re going for collections it might be a simple behavioral interview questions. If you’re going for something higher up might be a lot more descriptive so just be aware of that.

The process was easy. The recruiter and hiring managers communicated quickly. The actual interview was about fifteen minutes. I had two different phone interviews. After that I waited about three days before the recruiter contacted me and presented an offer.
