Applied for position and got the initial generic e-mail that my information is being reviewed. I then received another e-mail that I would be getting a call from my recruiter on said date and time for a phone interview. Did get call, then was placed on a 20min hold, by recruiter. The recruiter explained a very personal reason of why I was on hold. We completed the interview (involved questions of what I would do in certain situations or name a time when...), and was given a choice on when I would like to do 1:1 interview at the facility I was applying at. The interviews were running about 30 minutes late, so I had to wait in lobby for 40min, Interviewed with 2 people who alternated in asking questions on a list of about 10 questions. Asked questions like "what would your current manager say you need to change about your self?" "Name a time when you've taken a risk and what was the outcome?" After interview the interviewers said I should hear back from the recruiter in a few days. About a week passed, and I finally e-mailed the recruiter myself inquiring about the position. They responded that they went with another candidate.
