The interview consisted of 3 30minutes sessions with three MDs. It was very relaxed and the MDs were very easy to talk to. The interview really focused more on the resume and it built from there.

Interview
2 x 30-minute interviews. They could run long or short depending on how much you wanted to talk at the end with the interviewer. My first interview was behavioral (mine ran a little short) the second one was technical (mine ran a little long). Overall great experience, was interviewed by the people working in the teams I was applying for so I got to ask practical questions and received a lot of guidance afterward.

Due to the process being held under Covid restrictions, the assessment center was virtual. However, it went smoothly, and for me, it also meant that I didn't have to travel for the meeting but simply join a video conference, which was a plus.

-Phone call interview that lasts for 30 minutes
-Assessment Centre that has a 20 minutes mathematical assessment, a group presentation, an individual presentation on a topic given, a fitness interview and a technical interview.
