Applied online, didn't have to do a phone interview, progressed to AC straight after video interview. AC process was friendly - consisted of three stages: case study, competency interview and technical interview

Case study on market expansion. Competencies about leadership experience, research experience etc.
Firstly is a HireVue interview. After screening, you are then passed through to a series of interviews. Very good balance of technicals and behaviorals. Very immersive and you're given a lot of support throughout the process.

Submitted my online application with Essay questions and Hirevue middle of September Then ending of October I got invited to the Assessment Center. The AC had a case study, then competency and technical interview.
