First she asked me to fill the background check info. Asked three questions: Why do you want to work for BofA?, Tell me about a special situation you went above and beyond for a customer?, another one I forgot. She had before already invited me to the group interview of 15 to 20 other applicants of other store locations for the following week. The next wed. They ask the same questions add the first question, Tell me about yourself?. They talk about bofA, ask for feedback, and then if you have any questions. I asked one question. At the end of the group interview they asked a few people to stay which I thought were the good ones who were getting jobs. I wasn't asked to stay but got called two days later to have one on one with the bank manager which I applied at. The one on one was easier, it was more general. Just talk about scheduling, future, benefits. Two days later got offered the job with pay bump for being bilingual. Fingerprint processing and I9 verification. I start in two weeks.
