I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
It was done through video and it wasn't the best quality either.
It was done with 2 managers. They asked some standard questions and did some role playing.
What I disliked is one manager acted almost like she was forced into saying positive things about the bank while the other was condescending, insulting and rude about my answers.
They both seemed disinterested In being there.
After the interview I felt so low about myself as they made me question every bit of experience I knew I had. Needless to say I was happy not to get an offer
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
I have only gone through the video interview and it was pretty easy and straightforward. Got asked three questions and that’s it. The next day I received an email telling me I was moving forward.
