Applied through my college career website and received notice of a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was with a current associate in the program -- it was all behavioral. About a week later I was invited to the onsite interview in Charlotte. They put us up in a nice hotel and the night before the interviews there was a nice event with free booze and great food. We got to meet with some current BoA employees and it was all pretty laid back and casual. The next day we had about 3 hours of interviews. There were several one-to-ones as well as a group activity in which you were asked to work as a team while people observed you and took notes. All in all, it was pretty basic.

The interview was two parts, first was recording few behavioral questions and the second one was one hour interview with two different mangers, 30 minutes with each. They are scheduled 5 minutes apart.
