Interview
I applied online, then was immediately sent another link to take the assesment screeening exam. After that I was advised to wait by email for a recruiter to contact me if any interest existed. About two days later I recieved an email notice from a corporate recruiter that they will like to kove forward with me, so I had to fill out the forms for backgrond checks, I had to given my employer hsitory for the last 5 years and expalin any gaps and all reasons for why no longer at the job. Also I ahd to provide my previous home address information for the last 10 years. I also had to sign an ASI form authorizig for my information to be released to the agent conducting my background check. After that was done about 3 days later a lady called me from ASI asked me questions to clarify my information placed on the forms. 1 day later I had a phone interview and was invited for a one on one at the simi valley location. I had the one on one and was intterviewd by two managers. make sure to bring two copies of your resume as this is what it is for. two days later I followed up with my recruiter and she advised that they wanted to make a job offer.

Interview
The interviewed was over the phone and they provided a brief description of the job. I asked what the compensation would be, but I was told we would discuss it more I depth later. I was offered a interview in person, and accepted it. The interview was difficult, but because I was confident, I was then was offered a position in collections, mitigating losses.

VERY EASY INTERVIEW ASKED BASIC BEHAVIORAL QUESTIONS. NAME A TIME, NAME A EXPERIENCE, HOW WELL DO YOU LISTEN ETC. I got the job but the company was horrible to work for outcome of interview was that I got the job. The outcome of the interview was great I got the job and was promoted

easy wasn't hard the interview was all done over the phone never had a person interview when starting the process. They did make you go thru a 4 hour assessment including fingerprint scan back ground check since it was a bank
