Went through a staffing agency and did an in-person interview. Interviewed with the manager of the department. She basically said that all her employees were contractors who were laid off previously. She made it seem she keeps on rehiring them on an 'as needed' basis. So no permanent hire/no benefits. That was a red flag for me, which cause my disinterest to the position. A few situation/behavior questions, AML related. I didn't feel comfortable with the interview because the manager was making odd mean-like faces. She was also talking about the position in a threatening manner. Like they (her and another off site manager) can tell if your good for the position within a week. I took it as, they monitor your process for a week, and if your not up to par the will let you go. IDK, to me, an interviewer should make you want to work there, make you jump at the opportunity. Not tell you about the negatives of how the dept is and look at you like you're automatically not up to par. Oddly Negative Experience.
