Applied online on Monday, received & completed an assessment online on Tuesday, received a call on Wednesday from the recruiter, interviewed on Thursday with management. There were several of us at the interview. Met with the VP and then we interviewed individually with managers. I worked in this facility before and was a former employee.

Explain your prior experience in mortgage?
Transferred internally, so the hiring process was quick. Had no formal background in home purchases, but knew the fundamentals and had already been working for the company. Initial interview was with a recruiter over the phone, then advanced to in person interview with management team leaders. Got a call the next week with an offer.

Interview
The phone interview was horrible. He had me on speaker and asked questions that were difficult to answer, especially since he became impatient because he had to repeat his questions (he had me on speaker). The questions were hard to answer because some questions did not pertain to my line of work.
