they do not hire directly, interviewers are all indian males sitting in india, why do you think they wanna hire someone in USA. many recruiters calling for same roles for indirect placement with no benefits n saying been 3 months they are not able to find anyone good and my profile looks great. i should have known better. and its not one tram, all 3 different teams, same thing, no diversity, all people in india even first level interview thats from recruiters side is also from india, you easily pass that but BOA internal management is something different. waste of so many weeks. never will waste my time with tbese recruiters and bank of america again. this multi layer hiring g culture is something journalism and govt should look into.
