The professionalism of the managers and HR team was not upto the mark. Cleared the technical rounds and was told that the managerial rounds would be scheduled..but that never happened.. dropped mails to HR asking about the status but they don't bother replying to it. The only time they chase you is when they need to schedule the initial round of interviews. Atleast have the audacity to let the candidates know the status of their candidature.
