I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
Brief. Lasted only 30 minutes. Interviewer seemed in a hurry. General questions of CV, nothing overly technical. She gave a brief overview of who she was and her role and day to day activities.
It was very easy to connect with the people, several questions were asked. Overall it was a demanding but a very great interview process. Definitely prepare before and make yourself familiar with the culture.
started with assessments followed by a video interview. Afterwards there was an assessment centre consisting of two interviews where I got to ask questions in the end about the position and responsibilities.
It started with an Aptitude test. Shortlisting was done on the basis of the achieved score. The further technical rounds were very friendly. Questions were mostly asked on the given resume.
