Initial CV and motivation based questions, online testing as well as a situational judgement test.12 strength-based questions. Name three topics on the global agenda? How would these factors affect Barclays? if a client requests you to do something that you consider as unethical, what would you do? if you failed an important deadline, how would you feel? what would you do? how do you ensure that you learn quickly when you encounter new situations?
It was an online interview through the HireVue software. I was asked 5 questions where I had 2 minutes to prepare and 3 to answer each question. Questions were mostly about previous situations where I've shown important soft skills, such as leadership.

Online application followed by online interview. Was fairly simple compared to other places, interview consisted of verbal and written responses. They didn’t take long to get back with an outcome either.
